Rental terms

• · A refundable security deposit equal to 2 days rent per item is collected before the gear leaves the studio.
• · The deposit is returned within 3 working days of return, after inspection for damage or missing accessories.
• · Payment is accepted in cash or by UPI only. No cards, cheques or credit terms.
• · Government ID (Aadhaar) and a local Gurugram/NCR address proof are mandatory for every rental.
• · 1 Rental Day = 24 hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 AM the following day). Gear must be returned by 8:00 AM; late returns will incur an additional day’s rental charge.
• · Damage, loss or theft is billed at repair or replacement cost, adjusted against the deposit.
• · Availability is confirmed only after we approve your booking request.
• · Shooting at our studio? Gear used on site needs no deposit and no ID — book a studio slot and tick “I'll use the gear here” in the cart.
